The AmpliVox Mity Box’s small speaker design is great for small area. Full range performance in a small compact design.  All speakers include a “C” shape mounting bracket for wall mounting. The two amplified speakers also include a power on/off switch and 110VAC wall adapter. This particular model (AMP-SS1230) has a 50 watt peak amplified speaker with wired mic. The Shure PGX Digital wireless systems operate in the 902-928 mhz range, which is currently free of the regulatory issues that UHF wireless microphone users currently face. The range on PGX digital is about 40% less compared to the UHF BLX systems. For example, if you are getting 300 ft of range on UHF, you may only get about 200 feet on a PGX digital system. LED scoreboard, billboards, and message signs can operate in the 900 mhz spectrum, so we advise that customers check for any possible interference before ordering a digital system.
