Shipping Options And Costs
SW PA Systems uses UPS for most orders and the USPS for small orders:  On PA Systems, products will be shipped 2-3 business days after the order is received.

  • Ground – delivery in approximately 3 to 7 business days after shipment
  • 2nd – 3rd Day Service – delivery in 2 business days after shipment
  • Overnight – delivery the next business day after shipment.  Call for overnight shipments:  (866) 324-7925
  • USPS – for small size orders


Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered and the shipping locations. The shipping cost is quoted along with delivery options during the checkout process. All shipping costs are non-refundable.


We do not ship on weekends and do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery

  • SW PA Systems reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
  • We do not deliver to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
  • We do not deliver to International locations, Private mail boxing locations, Hotels/Motels and Trade Shows/Conventions.


MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
Open and inspect merchandise immediately.  If there is damage resulting from shipping, SAVE ALL PACKAGING, as it was received, and call SW PA SYSTEMS immediately at (866) 324-7925.

WRONG MERCHANDISE SENT
If the products you received are not what you ordered, call SWPASYSTEMS to obtain an RA number.  Once the merchandise has been returned (undamaged), the corrected order will be shipped.  Your billing will be adjusted to absorb your return shipping expense.  This policy is NOT THE SAME AS AN EXCHANGE.  If the mistake was made in the customer’s original order, all shipping charges will be added to the customer’s bill, along with a 20% restocking fee.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card has on file for you this will ensure no delays in processing your order.

CCID
What is CCID?
For your protection, we ask that you supply an extra 3-4 digit (CCID number). The CCID is an extra number printed on your credit card.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover
The card validation number is printed on your Visa, MasterCard & Discover cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).

American Express
American Express cards show the card validation number printed above and to the right of the imprinted card number on the front of the card.

PREPAID ORDERS
SW PA Systems will accept school checks, music booster checks, cashier's checks, certified checks and money orders. No personal checks are accepted. Orders can be submitted by fax, phone, mail, email or online form.  Once payment has been received, the order will be filled.  When submitting payments, make reference to the original order #.

SCHOOL OR GOVERNMENT PURCHASE ORDERS
Orders may be submitted by phone, fax, email, mail or online.  We accept purchase orders for public schools and government institutions. You can request a W-4 by contacting us.

SALES TAXES
A 9.25% sales tax will be added to orders from all residents and private businesses in the state of Tennessee.  All out of state orders will NOT be charged sales tax. If you are a school or tax exempt organization you must supply your TAX EXEMPTION number when ordering.

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). All RMA's must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
  • All returns for credit are subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • Items must be in original packaging, with all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package being returned, and the use of a reputable carrier that can provide a "proof of delivery". SW PA SYSTEMS will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • All shipping charges back to SWPASYSTEMS are paid for by the customer. Please ensure that the package has your RMA # clearly marked on the SHIPPING LABEL on the outside of the box.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any Defective RMA return found not to be defective when tested will incur a return freight charge, which will be billed to the credit card used on the original order.
  • Returns will take approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
    Types of Products and Conditions of the Return
  • All items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of your product’s shipping date, however it is subject to a 20% restock fee.  After 15 days, all returns must be returned to the manufacturer.
  • Our p.a. systems are returnable to SW PA Systems for 7 days, after which time the manufacturer will be responsible for all support. Un-opened retail box systems are returnable to SW PA Systems for 15 days, subject to a 20% restock fee or adjustment to current market pricing at SW PA System's discretion.
  • Physical Damage to a product will void any return.

RMA
If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need the direct replacement immediately, we recommend you request a refund (rather than a replacement) when you obtain your RMA number. The new order will ship in our normal shipping process and the credit will be applied within 10-15 days after receipt of the product.
